if you don't bathe for three days but are relitivly clean due to ocd, can you get an infection or get sick? my friend totally just asked me that out of nowhere and i dont know how to ask.she does have ocd though with germs so she washes her hands alot and the only germs on her is hers because she stays in bed all day
