Is your blackberry mobile locked to At&t network then you cn't use any network sim in it unless you unlock it. To unlock visit Mobileunlocksolutions.com. Here they deliver code to unlock your phone. After unlocking you can use any GSM network. Eventhough you have unlocked your phone you cant use it on alltel network because alltel is CDMA network .Phone locked to GSM network sim won't accept CDMA sim even after unlocking it.
