I want an iPhone 3G really bad. ANd in China its nhot on yet, and everywhere you can buy an iPhone you need a plan. SO i was jsut wondering if you need a plan if you bought one in Europe and it will still work here.

Can i Buy an iPhone 3G in europe with out an plan and still work in Shanghai?

You can only but a non 3G iphone without a plan from an online site...For a 3G iphone you can't get it without a contract.
