I DON'T WANT WHEY PROTEIN; Don't you dare post about that.
So, I'm looking for the best protein bar out there for body building. I want a protein bar that I can eat after working out (I work out about 4-5 times a week). I also need it to be COST EFFICIENT. I can't afford a freakin' $2 protein bar everyday.. that'd be an extra $10 a week I can't spend.
I am also looking for the best meal replacement bar, any recommendations for those?
Last question within this question: How do I know how much grams of protein I should get? There are so many choices of 20g, 30g, etc, how do I know which one is for me?
