Lets say i upload a video of me online and someone likes the quality and decides they want to buy the camcorder/camera/cell phoe that i own. Could someone figure it out?
*cell phone
what about with the help of some special program, if any exist?

I don't think so. Just by looking at an uploaded video, it wouldn't tell you the model number of the camera. And I don't think camcorders save their information onto the video file in anyway. So no.

If they have access to the original video and if the source stores that data within the file then yes.
For example, most digital cameras include lots of metadata with the pictures (lense used, f-stop, zoom, etc.).
It is very easy for the camera to embed that information in a digital video file.
