my nokia phone's screen is blue?

My nokia 6085 phone was working fine. Then one day it started blinking....i turned it off and the screen went blue but turned back to normal, so i figured it wasnt a big problem. I turned it off again now its stuck being blue. I took my sims card and my battery out and wiped them off to see if it'd help. It didnt now its asking for a smartchip I mean i can use it i just cant see what im doing..... Is it repairable? Please say it is.....
