I really want to lose at least 15 pounds before My Senior year, which i start in August. 20 pounds would be better but i know it will take longer to lose. Anyway, i want to lose it mainly in my stomach. i really want a flat, tight stomach, uhm, smaller legs, and butt and the nasty love handles. I know you cant just target one area, so what kind of exercises do i need to do to get the body im wanting. I hate the way i look, i cant even believe i let myself get this way, thats why i want to do something about it now before it gets worse. I only weigh 140, but im short so i look fatter. im shooting for 120-125 pounds. Please help. Thank you so much!!!
