Help me, urgent!!How to transfer gamer points? or change gamer tag?

hi, this is me, here is my story:

I didnt have an internet connection, made a user account Earned a bunch of gamer points and made a bunch of gamesaves?

When i wanted to make a live, it said that my username was taken!

1.If i make a new acount will all my gamerpoints go onto my new acount?????

2.Can i still get free 3 months of live if i dont a activate it on my 1st acount?

3.Or can i change my gamertag name?
