Sex offenders can't serve trick or treaters / must report to county?

I think this is absolutely wonderful and every county in the US should do it. What do you think??

That is a wonderful idea!! I wish they did that here. I don't want my 4 yr old getting candy from a predator, and whatever the police can do to see that doesn't happen is ok by me! What a smart idea!
