Purpose: I want to switch to SUN network for the unlimited text because it is cheaper.

Note: My gosh, the cost to have it unlocked is more than what a second hand w200i phone costs on the market:(

I suggest you can approach Wickedunlock.com and specify the country,locked network of Sony EricssonW200i. Based on the availability you can get the permanent unlock code along with free instructions.I was not able to get a free unlock code.
