How do I make the tab feature in Fire Fox look like it does in Internet Explorer?

Instead of right clicking next to an existing tab, I'd like to just be able to click on the little tab next to an existing one like in Internet Explorer 7

You can't; Internet Explorer is what it is, and Firefox does not copy IE in any way.
