sprint usb cable software?

i have a sprint sanyo 8300 and i have the usb cable for it. i'm trying to upload pics onto my computer but it says it doesn't have the necessary software. i bought this cable off ebay and it didn't come with a cd or anything. just the cable. where can i get the software?

If you are using windows you don't need any software. When you plug it in choose "mass storage" then you can upload and download pictures I believe the folder is named DCIM. If you are using a Macintosh as I am, you can only download pictures not upload. Try rebooting your phone and your computer.
