Havent met a Manager yet thats worth her/his salt?
They blame everyone else when things go wrong except themselves.....Treat there staff like S*1T and pay the Carers especially a pittance..
If you tell me that your Manager doesnt fail anything I have mentioned then you must have dust in your eyes...or you are a sh1t Manager yourself.?
I think the standards of Managers is much to be desired in this Country, half wouldnt know how to organise a Monkey`s Tea Party let alone know how to talk to there staff correctly. It makes you laugh when you see them strutting around feeling all important....more like TWats who think they are so full of self importance.....and think they are so much better than everyone else and un touchable, while everyone else thinks they are D1ck Heads......Oh then you have those brown noses that follow them everywhere telling on everyone for the slightest thing. Dont you just hate lapdogs....As for the Care Inspectorate thats another story??????
