I'm 26, and I've never been to Europe. I have been to Japan several times, and I've been to China several times too. I've been to Israel twice along with Egypt. I want to travel to Saudi Arabia, and several places in South America. I have no intention of travelling to Europe for a long, long time.
People keep telling me I somehow NEED to go. I don't understand why I NEED to go there. Some people think of it as some sort of rite of passage, but I can't understand why. I've read about Europe so much ever since elementary, and I just don't find it appealing, not as so many other places in the worlds.
Does anyone else think travelling to Europe is overrated?
