Hey people!
OK, I have a Haier poertable a/c, model number HPAC99ER. It was working fine yesterday. Unfortunately I tilted it a wee bit to get all the water out the bottom. Now it isn't working anymore. The lamp for the "full water tank" is blinking, indicating that the tank is full, but it isn't. The manual said to wait 24 hrs after tilting to give the coolant time to run down again and resettle. It has been more than 24 now and still not working. What could be the problem? Could the tank-full sensor be stuck?? Any ideas are appreciated.

PS: I am not afraid to take that thing apart if I have to. I used to be a radio and TV tech in a former life
