to a computer? My phone is locked in FIDO Network.

When i used a freeware program MasterCode it said my master code is 6605202106. I don't know how to use it. Please give instructions on how to use the master code or instructions to unlock it in some other way.
I don't know how to connect it to a computer. I was not given a USB cable and i don't have a suitable hub in my phone. Please suggest some other way
