cut and going to the bathroom?

so i got a cut when i was going to the bathroom (#2) one day and ever since them every time i go all it does is reopen it and hurts really really bad. i don't know what to do and i am way to embarrassed to ask my doctor, but its an open wound and now every time i go it just makes it worse. its very very painful going now and i need some serious advise!? also my stomach as been hurting a little and its making me nervous anyone have any ideas?
