ok sometimes when i log in to a website all i do is click the mouse and all my information comes up. how do i delete that? i don't want people to just click the mouse and log into that account

I assume you have Internet Explorer 6 or 7.
Tools -> Internet Options -> Content -> Auto Complete

Cookies are most likely the cause of that. Go to internet tools and delete history, offline pages, COOKIES, and anything else. This should fix your problem.
