My sansa media converter won't recognize my sansa even though it's plugged in and the rhapsody and everything else recognizes it. So my video's converted to .MOV but I don't know how to get it on the sansa. I heard to try putting it in the sansa's VIDEO folder so I did that but it doesn't show up on my sansa.
Do I have to wait?
Are there other ways or am I doing it wrong?
