This morning i woke up with such bad neck and back pain that i could hardly move...i had to ROLL out of bed! I cant turn my head, i cant sit, stand or lie down comfortably at all. I JUST moved so i am thinking i lifted something i shouldn't have or lifted something incorrectly...i'm miserable, no relief....my best friend's wedding of which i am the maid of honor is this Saturday and i MUST kick this pain....any ideas, experience....all is appricated!!

Use an ice pack NOT a heat pack.
Get a massage and then see a Chiropractor. Good luck.
