This is all I know, from wikipedia: "Currently, there is a television series in the works, produced by Sam Raimi. Craig Horner will star as Richard and Bridget Regan has been cast as Kahlan."

I was hoping they'd make a movie! I'm a little disappointed it will be a show. I hope they stay true to it. Kahlan looks to have been cast well.
But I want to know more!
I just finished Stone of Tears for the first time, and I loved it! I thought it was better than the first.
