    do both....all!
every shoppers basket varies, so what people "say", is cra.p.
sainsburys is supposed to be posh and expensive, rubbish. It depends what you buy.
All, vary thier buy one get one free, etc, upon info about the competition. Hence, you can go to all, and buy the competing offers, as none do the same. Policy is, to compete with one offer, with a different one, not the same one. Hence, shopping at all, makes sence, and a nice change.
I have no loyalty to any. YOU should not.
If we do not shop at all of them, one will be become dominant, and only sell profitable items. It is only competition that keeps the main 3 selling unprofitable items.
morrissons: great for fresh meat, bad for short shelf life bread.

sainsburys: good for own brands, deli stuff, bad for a whole shop, of neccesities.
Tesco: good for neccessities, toileteries, but expensive and not great on premium brands, luxury, branded stuff.
dont forget iceland, but read offers well. Start prices often inflated before offers.
