Convert Audio_TS/Video_TS folders to MPG/WMA/DIVX?

I have a DVD ripper (DVD Decrypter) and also DVD Shrink, and can rip DVDs and burn them, but how (what software) can be used to convert the two output folders (Audio and Video TS) to a WMA (or any other movie format such as DivX, Mpg...). Even a ripper that rips the DVD to this format would be nice. I prefer free software, or software that can be cracked easily!
