Can Motorola RAZR V3 and JAWBONE Bluetooth PAIR?

Hey, I recently got a Jawbone Bluetooth Headset which I've been trying to pair with my Motorola RazR which I believe is a V3 when researching "GSVV3xx06..." meant V3.

Everytime I connect the two its saying "Unable to connect" I was wondering if there is any update I can do to the device or phone to pair the two! I would love the help, thanks.

Press and hold down the pairing button (the word Jawbone) on your Jawbone headset, the headset will flash white and orange, this is telling you that it is in pairing mode. Then go to the settings menu on your cell phone and go to connections, select bluetooth. Then select add audio device, and your phone will find the Jawbone headset. Your phone will then ask you if you would like to connect to the Jawbone headset, click yes, and your password to set it up will be 0000. Then you're connected. No downloads necessary.
