Twilight Zone type show!?!?!?

I remember when I was a kid seeing this either tv show or movie i think it was on HBO. I cant remember if it was the twilight zone or something similar. It was in color and there were different stories. There was one about a spoiled boy who had these powers and he did what ever he wanted. He met this lady in a resteraunt/arcade thing and brought her back to his house. His whole family was afraid of him. I remember he put his sister inside of a cartoon and the cartoon ate her. He also did something to his real mom but I cant remember what. In the end the lady and the boy went off together so the lady could teach the boy to use his powers wisely. Then There was one about this thing on a plane and this guy was sitting there freaking out and no one believed him about the thing on the plane.

It was set in the 80s I believe. If you have any idea about what im talking about please let me know!
