My mother who doesn't like material things. Any ideas for a mother's day gift?

My mother has never been one for material things, or very concerned about her appearance. I want to get her something special for mother's day, but I'm stumped. She was in a freak accident a few years ago, and my father accidentally struck her with his truck. She has lots of problem with her back, and one of her ankles.

Any ideas of what I can get her that might be good. (And I would prefer not to get her a bottle of aspirin and an ankle brace, so try to be creative...)

Make a list of all the things that she has done that you are grateful for... Type it up... Print it on beautiful paper and frame it for her to hang in her bedroom... maybe add some dried flowers if you use a shadow box... Good luck!
