BRITISH PEOPLE: Do All The Bad Guys In British Movies Have AMERICAN ACCENTS?

Seems logical if you know what I mean, and I DO think most of you have heard by now.
Well, I guess I'm wrong.

But The way it is here in the U.S. is that all vilians have british accents. Even if nobody else in the film has an accent of any kind, the bad guy will always have a british accent.

So i was wondering if the brits did the same to us.
