its probably a cyst. take him to the vet to get it drained

Take him to a vet immediatly!!! he ate a frog dogs die from that every day the die from lack of air! because there tongue gets bigger and they cant breathe it gets so big save your dog and go to a vet right now!!! it doesnt matter if you dont have money just say you will pay him later hurry!!

Take him to the vet in the morning. Just because it doesn't seem to bother him, it doesn't mean it couldn't be something serious. It may not appear to have anything in it, but there is obviously a problem.
