My Small parrot main longer feathers are falling off..what can that be?

it mostly happends when she flies in my room, like one drops then it happends later when she flies again

She's probably just molting. Birds periodically lose their feathers as they're replaced by new ones. Flying around shakes the loose ones out. Unless you're noticing bald spots, don't worry it's normal

mite's or worms or stress - go to a pet shop and get a spray

talk to the pet store also
