Excavation in Wyoming reveals groundbreaking Triceratops discovery

Paleontologists have made a groundbreaking discovery into the lives of the Triceratops dinosaur. What began in 2013 as a hunt for Tyrannosaurus rex fossils turned into a 10-year project after five of the three-horned dinosaurs were unearthed in Wyoming. After an extensive study, researcher Jimmy de Rooij published his PhD thesis on March 27.
