Our guests this morning are Rick Pierson from The Original Taco Man, Angie Corrente from Doma Kitchen, Anthony Endy from Paul Martin’s American Bistro and Julian King from Tin Roof Bistro.Way back in 2003, to get a good taco you had to either go to your favorite Mexican restaurant, stand or fast food place or just simply make it yourself. Rick Pierson, the co-founder of The Original Taco Man, a Southern California institution founded and located in the South Bay, thought there was a better way to bring tacos to the people. With over 25 years of experience in lifestyle, fashion design and trend forecasting, Angie Corrente’s creative background enabled her to craft the Doma Kitchen brand. Doma means “home” in the Slavic language.Growing up in the heart of Santa Barbara wine country where he watched his grandmother tend to her garden, Chef Anthony Endy has always been a fan of great food and wine. It wasn’t until he attended college in Santa Barbara that he discovered his passion for restaurants and cooking, working and apprenticing under great chefs.Julian King has been the General Manager of Tin Roof Bistro for the last 5 years. He graduated from Cornell University Hotel Management School and has over 17 years of restaurant experience. Tin Roof Bistro is the flagship restaurant of the Simms Restaurant Group.*This morning, we’re going to hear about some of the plans these local restaurants have on tap for this Valentine’s Day, in addition to some of their other offerings….and by the way, if you haven’t made reservations yet for the most romantic night of the year, you better get on that right now!+++++++++++++++++++++++++++To Find Out More about Jackie Balestra visithttp://www.SouthbayByJackie.comTo Find Out More Your Host, Joe Terry visitOn Facebook at ...http://www.Facebook.com/TheSouthBayShow
