I always have trouble sleeping and it's not dtrange for me to ger as little as 2 hours most nights and it's not as if I have anything else I'm doing or worrying about. Anyway...

I recently managed asleep pattern of 6-7 hours a night for a whole week and I noticed something.

As well as being constantly tired through that week (which I'm not after 2 hours sleep) I got really irritable. I think that it might be thet I was missing the sort of high that you get from having a lack of sleep. Brcause I'm fine now that I've gone bak to 2 hours.

Has anyone else noticed this, that there is a lack of sleep high?

And if you know of any medical implications...

OK it's 3 in the morning now and I still don't want to sleep *sigh* I hate this sometimes, I wish a wasn't a lack-of-sleep junkie. Lol.
