Can I vent a gas furnace through a wall?

I have a furnace that I want to install in my garage. It does not have an exhaust blower. Can I vent this thing straight out the wall or does it have to be above the roof line like a flue pipe?

You are allow to send it out horizontally with maximum one 90 degree turn up ward in the vent pipe .

You can go through the wall, then run a vent pipe straight up above the roofline. Only units designed for it can have a vent go thru the wall and end there without a vertical stack.
