how to enable/activate/install/use bluetooth and track pad scroll in acer

aspire v5 121.? I just bought a brand new acer aspire V5 121 from local dealer,
everything seems fine when i check it, except for the scroll in trackpad/touchpad and bluetooth that i haven't check before buying.

so how can i enable/use the bluetooth and scroll in the trackpad?
is there any other driver that i should install? i think im currently running the latest drivers, as this is brand new.
