Car was taking long time to start then not starting after changing coil ,distributor cap, igniter and cleaning terminals on battery. I have a 97 Honda Accord LX 4 cylinder stick shift. I pushed n jump started it drove around with no problems ,shut it off and it restarted 1st crank no problems. I parked overnight went to start it n just cranks but doesn't start. Not sure if weather has any bearing but mechanic says its the crank shaft relay. Is there a test to determine if crank shaft relay is the problem?
