if the currency never fluctuated? And if the currency could be used anywhere around the world and you would not have to carry a plastic card around with you. Instead you would use biometrics to determine your i.d. (i.e. a retinal scan or a palm print scan followed by your 4 digit pin number).

you never took economics did you? the government controls the currency they set the price by overspending, that way if China has lie a billion dollars worth of bonds if you devalue the currency then that billion dollars becomes worthless but so do every americans savings
