I have T-Mobile. I've had it for 9 years. I dropped my phone and broke the screen. Someone gave me an AT&T Motorola Razr V3. I know they can be unlocked. I don't want to pay for a code since it will only be used for a short time. Or does anyone know if T-mobile can provide me with the code?

I was not able to get a free unlock for the mobile model that you have specified.I suggest you can approach Prounlocking.com and specify the country,locked network of Motorola Razr V3.Based on the availability you can get the unlock code along with free instructions.
