im not really for defending him but i believe its perfectly constitutional for him to state his own beliefs... unless they decide to get him on something along the lines of him causing damages to the kids beliefs it probably wont hold up... do you know how many teachers i had like this through high school, and this never happened

just saw it in the newspaper at lunch and he wasn't teach religon just baching it. he wont be sued if he steps down
