Actually technology hasn't changed the industry all that much thus far, thus I don't expect it to change all that much in the future. No matter how nice a virtual tour is presented, buyers are still going to want to personally inspect property. About the only thing I expect to change is how the prospective lenders deal with potential borrowers and the ease of the lending process, not lending qualifications. Things like virtual meetings and submitting of paper work simply by sending pictures of documents rather than originals, and taking better advantage of the electronic signature law to allow loan applications and closings from remote locations.
