    Is this a good recipe?

    Ingredients:
    Chicken feet
    Kikkoman Low sodium soy sauce
Bulls-Eye BBQ sauce: Grilled Onion & Garlic Showdown
Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce
    1 lime
    1 cup whole wheat flour
Club House La Grille Lemon & Herbs seasoning
    Italian seasoning
    Olive oil cooking spray

    1) Preheat oven to 300-350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    2) Remove the claws from the feet and place in a saucepan, then pour low sodium soy sauce, grilled onion & garlic BBQ sauce and Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing sauce over. Mix, then let marinate for 5-10 minutes.
    3) In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup whole wheat flour, lemon & herbs seasoning and Italian seasoning until well mixed.

    4) Bread the chicken feet in the flour mixture and put on a cooking pan.
    5) Spray the chicken feet with olive oil cooking spray.
    6) Put the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
    7) Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.

P.S.: What name would you call this recipe?

You have a lot of conflicting hot flavours that will kill the taste of the chicken. The sauces and spices you add should compliment the food not overpower it.
I would suggest either the BBQ sauce or the Red Hot sauce but not both together and either the lemon and herb OR the Italian seasoning but not both.
