What do check for if getting a porsche 944?

Im planning on getting a 87 porsche 944 and its km is 50000 which is extreamly low but hes asking 8500 for it so im trying to press him down a bit on the price so i need some advice on what these porsche have that needs to be replaced every or maybe something that breaks fast so i could see if its broken so i could get it for a bit cheaper
