...Vegetarian or Vegan? Please share? Please kindly share what is your biggest nutrition problem after you become a vegetarian or vegan. Thank you so much for your time and kindness to share with me.

For example:
doesn't know where to get enough protein, B12, Calcium, vitamin D, or iron...

I knew enough about nutrition to include the right sources of all the key nutrients, but my struggle was cheese. I love cheese, it's so tasty and it's tempting to include it in a lot of meals for protein and calcium. But the fat and calories add up quickly...I had to figure where it was really integral to the dish and where gluttony was the motivator!

When I first became a vegetarian many years ago I didn't get enough protein probably because I ate nothing but junk food and snacks, and I didn't like trying new things so I never tried nuts, seitan, tofu, tempeh etc. Now, I'm a vegan I eat healthy meals every day so I get everything I need.
