What car audio settings to cause least amount of headache?

Hi. My car had to get restarted and I lost my preferred settings on audio setting. Treb, Mid. Bass.

The regular settings give me such a pounding headache. What settings would you recommend so that I hear without getting a headache. I just want to listen to music plain and simple. I do not like surround sound either.

It's all personal preference. Keep on messing with the settings till it sounds nice to your ear. A good rule of thumb is to just keep everything flat. That is bass, mid, treble at the zero setting. Sometimes a find that the bass on the radio especially when commercials are on is too much so I keep mid at 0, treble at 0 and the bass down -3. Good luck.
