Where should I go on vacation this year?

Nothing pricy. Somewhere that isn't very hot. Is there anywhere in the States where the temps are between 17C - 27C or is everywhere ripping hot in the summer? I get sick when it gets up to 30C and above. This is a vacation without kids by the way, and I am not looking for a spa. Any help would be great. Thanks!
