T mobile and Samsung galaxy s3 mini?

Im going to switch over from sprint to the 30 dollar pre paid plan with tmobile. I want to get a samsung galaxy s3 mini but i am unsure if it will work with tmobile. what are the steps i have to take to get the plan? also what kind of sim card does the mini take? any and all help would be great!

If you purchase an Unlocked Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini on amazon it will work with tmobile simcard and AT&T.
Just purchase a simcard from tmobile, call their activation number and tell them you want the $30 prepaid.
