I am with charter tv services. The old box we had had two outlets on the back. One said "To tv" the other said "cable in" and everything worked fine.
I just got the newest charter cable box. It's the Motorola one. There is only one outlet on the back of it and it says "cable in"
Now the Tv screen is just plain blue.
Yes I am sure it is on Channel 3.
I called charter and they tried to send a signal but nothing worked.
The box isn't showing the current time either. It just shows the channel it's on.
Anyone know what the problem may be?
