So I just bought a Galaxy Note 2 and i was wondering if I could exchange it for the new GS4 (Galaxy s 4) that would have to be a pre-order purchase?

If you purchased the phone from a direct store, then you have 14 days to return it, not ten like stated above. You would though need to activate an old phone until the s4 is available to ship on May 30 for preorder.

You could return the note2 activate an old phone then wait for the GS4. You only have 10 days to return the note2.
