What's your opinion of dtv (directv)?

Warren Buffett has been buying this stock like crazy.....
It looks way undervalued.......
It doesn't pay a dividend, but it has strong buyback activity.....

However.......the company seems to have a lot of debt.....
Are they borrowing money to buy back shares? That doesn't seem like a very sound strategy.

Share your thoughts.
Not just Buffett; It's also owned by George Soros and Jim Simon.
So we have 3 intelligent billionaires all endorsing the stock.
 
In hurricane alley Deep South,gulf coast.... everyone is switching to dishes..instead of downed utility (Cable) poles in storms..Also anyone out in the country ..

Then Dish bought-up Blockbuster and their mass movie libraries, access..to Streaming movies on demand..
