I am building an Xbox laptop and I NEED a slim DVD drive in order to get the thing under 1.5" thick. I found one at http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AAZYKTW/ . I need to know if it is at all possible to replace the firmware from the original DVD drive and out it on this one, as every drive has a unique key.
