OH NO! poor puppy dog :'(
I hope he's okay!
take him to a veteranary hospital if he's bleeding around the neck he could die in up to 35-1 hour after that bad of a fight sounds like wolves or a fisher ( if you have them there)
he's an inocent life take him, im sure his owners (if he has any) would be deeply greatfull if you saved his little life, it could've gotten infected too!

He could just be minorly hurt but get it checked out.....

treat the wound but be careful. just wrap a gause pad on it to stop the blood. then youll have to keep it outside overnight or in an enclosed area in your house until you can get it medical attention by a vetrinarian
